About michaeljscarter

I am an ordained Interfaith Minister currently serving The Unitarian Universalist Congregation of the Swannanoa Valley, in Black Mountain, NC.The New Thought Movement and metaphysics is my first love and this is how I attempt to live my life, as the vibrant, loving, abundant, creative individual that I was meant to be. Certain mystical experiences have influenced my perspective about life here on planet earth, and these events are included in a book that I have written that was originally my Masters Thesis while attending seminary in New York City. The book is entitled, Alien Scriptures: Extraterrestrials in the Holy Bible. The book has quite a following and has earned me frequent appearances on the History Channel's hit televison show, Ancient Aliens. I am also a professional Diversity Consultant and Anti-Racism Trainer, recognized by President Clinton for my efforts. Thank you for taking the time to visit my website and for purchasing my book. Peace and richest blessings to you and yours!

Have you read the books by Donald W. Patten? They are “The Biblical Flood And The
Ice Epoch”, “The Long Day Of Joshua And Six Other Catastrophes”, “The Recent
Organization Of The Solar System”, “Mars Earth Wars” (planetary interaction, not
people wars. You need to read those books. Velikovsky was mistaken; it was the
planet Mars, not Venus that caused the flood of Noah’s day.

Thank you for the info Bert. I have not read these books but thank you again for reaching out!

      Peace to you,
      Michael

Dear Michael, I just wanted to tell you how wonderful it was to listen to your interview on Coast to Coast. I am 58, so just a year older than you. And like you I have searched and questioned and wondered about man’s place in the universe – the meaning of life etc. Your authentic enthusiasm lifted my heart, for I have reached many of the same conclusions as you. What a joy. Thank you, Gary

    Reverend Michael,
Just wanted to tell you how much I enjoyed listening to you tonight with Mr Noory. It’s so refreshing to listen to such an open minded and non-judgemental person. I really have a problem with so many so called Christians. You give me hope for Christianity.
Peace and Blessings from a new fan from near Seattle,
    With much respect, Phil.

I listened to your interview on Coast to Coast Am last night. Next time, I hope they keep you on for the entire night!

I love your point about “belief” v. “action”. For a long time, I could never quite understand the obsession over getting people to “believe” rather than encourage others to live a life filled with loving acts of compassion. How does one’s belief for the sake of believing make someone right for eternal life in heaven?

Moreover, I agree with you about the way God is portrayed in the Hebrew Bible. I often wonder about the necessity of bloodshed. Killing masses of people can’t possibly be a good strategy for ridding the earth of bad forces. When I study blood sacrifice across cultures, including the Aztec gods who required the blood to be fed and appeased, I wonder if we are not dealing with the same sinister spirit that feeds off of the life force that escapes through the shedding of blood. I also po der the thought that our world is always at war which results in the massive killing of people. Do the leaders of our world dedicate some of us before sending us to the slaughterhouse? Any God that survives off of the blood of humanity is not the same god that I believe lives on the inside of me.

By the way, I earned a religion degree from Hunter College in New York City. My graduate degree is in something else, but I took numerous courses in interdisciplinary religious studies, which has given me the privilege to teach.

Anyway, I just wanted to give you a shout out and let you know that I resonate with what you said on the show. Your words are very encouraging and inspiring.

    Thank you for sharing!

I enjoyed listening to you on c2c am. I am about your age and i have come to similar conclusions as you about the angels and the “so to speak” good aliens. Brought up in the muslim traditions, fearing the God’s wrath, I could not voice my thoughts as freely as I do now. At about six years old i remember arguing with my father, while he was trying to explain Abraham’s ordeal to sacrifice/murder his son. Since then i’ve had bigger paradoxes to reconcile such as Moses’ followers being ordered to kill everything, that you briefly mentioned on c2c am. The God I imagine, could have materialised a land mass in maditeranian sea for the homeless jews. The god of the bible has some serious explaining to do, if i do meet him on the other side. In truth, these aliens must be quite confused about how to explain all the screwed up things they’ve done with humans. So, I expect no disclosure from them.
    I hope to see/hear more of/from you.

Enjoyed listening to your spiritual adventure on C2C. Seems to me you are very close to solid answers, I just ask the Holy Spirit. The only mystery not known is why we don’t asked. My reversal spiritual wisdom prompts me to read all visible signs and then slap all the pieces together by Grace built on His Faith. I search the old writings for missing and error attempts so they can be clarified in the present. As for UFOs, Jude mentions some 240,000 + cloud units belongs to the Lord (Text of all 94 verses from the King James Bible that contain the word ‘cloud’). The Witness of the Stars by E. W. Bullinger (out of copyright), and a Fleming version mentions the Sheep and Cattle Folds which are sanctuaries for the righteous. As with the four horsemen, he that rides the White is without arrows, as is the archer aiming at the Scorpion in support of mankind (Adam) struggling with the hydra (Serpent). Weapon is his Word from His mouth, sharper than a two-edged sword, also of fire burns before him. The portico of denderah defines the circular path of mankind denoted by sphinx’s head (beginning) and tail (ending) entrance to archives beyond the heathen. God Speed, selah!

    • Richard says:

As for humankinds demise due to the Lords judgment is for those NOT contaminated by sin at the least, at the most evil physical corruption. Only those of pure heart can precisely discern the difference from that in the blood (of life) and that within the spirit. The chosen followed the spiritual prescription at the exclusion of the physical, thereby being closer to completeness. The lost believed opposites was keyed to greater intelligence, as did Lucifer. This was NOT Wisdom since it created unnecessary complexity and confusion toward self destruction, minimal life spans. Learning wicked, war, hate, idolatry, kill all living species so Luciferians gain a barren kingdom absent of everything. Of course mankind is gone, he lost his being nevermore. Luciferians are semi (mentally challenged) in control, as Operation: Apple-cart began 1 Nov 2013, so evil will destroy each other, and the righteous will be witnesses to the epics. Palms 23rd.

  9. Shivana says:

    Hello Rev. Michael,
As a longtime listener to coast to coast, I heard you speak last night. It must have come as quite a shock to many listeners in the bible belt, and the ones beyond, what you as a man of the cloth had to say. I congratulate you for your courage to speak so freely and share your beliefs. You are a men after my own heart.

All through my youth and early twenties, I belonged to a “holy roller” church in Europe…except we didn’t “roll” on the floor. However, there was a lot of shouting and contortions going on during the meetings. (I say that now with a chuckle. Then, it scared the living daylight out of me.)

But when I experienced conscious visitations by beings not from this reality during which I was fully aware and awake, and subsequently understood that this contact had been ongoing since early childhood, I had to integrate all of that into my understanding. My Christian belief system was in shambles. Even though the message of love that was preached from the pulpit still made sense to me, a lot of other sermons did not. Of course I was scared to “fall away,” but I had to adjust my view of salvation, the cosmos and heaven/hell. It takes a while to understand that one has not gone crazy and that we don’t have to change our belief in the existence of what we call “God and the Holy Spirit.” And, I still am in awe of Jesus and his gospel of love. However, I have become exceedingly reluctant to be led by the gospel of “men.”
    Thanks again!
